Kauniit 3 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta, hiljattain remontoitu kattohuoneisto, kattoterassi, uudet ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, pesukone kuivausrumpu, täysin varusteltu keittiö (miinus ruoka), mahtuu 6 hengelle mukavasti. WiFi ja peruskaapeli, lähellä kaikkia alueen rantoja ja La Pargueraa !! täytyy nähdä!!3 minuutin päässä torjua rannalta upea! 15 minuutin päässä Boqueron Beach upea! 15-20 minuutin päässä Playa susiasta! täytyy nähdä!! Supermarketit, leipomot, luonnonsuojelualueet, yöelämä lähellä, lähellä baareja ravintoloita, suosittele Annies Placea! Upea rantakaupungin tuntuu! turvallinen aidatulla kiinteistöllä, 2 autopaikkaa. Paljon tekemistä sekä rauhaa ja rentoutumista !! Nauti lomastasi.

The apartment internet was not working upon arrival, nor the TV, nor the hot water. Two days before departure the water heater was fixed. The owner was resistant to fix things at first and told us to leave if we didn’t feel safe. He changed his mind after we mentioned we were veterans. Jimmy the property manager on site was stupendous. He took great care of us. The apartment needs more comfortable living roomfurniture and some outdoor furniture for the penthouse terrace. It could have been nice to have a grillin the terrace. The location is wonderful. The beaches are at walking distance. The poolIs nice as well. Washer & dryer is a plus. Good space for 6.

Great location close to so many activities. Great space , very clean, good amenities. Host communicated well, helpful. Only complaint: couch had broken legs so wasn't very usable, and bed was soft/saggy. Overall still a good experience.

The apartment was good very clean but needs a new mattress in the master bedroom it sinks in the middle; also needs a better lock system at the front door and screen at the front door and slider to patio and roof deck needs to be cleaned! Just a heads up but maybe make it a little cozy and put some chairs in patio and roof deck so clients can enjoy the view!

Very nice location but seems to be a work in progrss

Upon checkin the condo was very dusty. There was trash and broken chairs and screens on the rooftop. The stairs to the roof are rusting through. The toilet in one of the bathrooms was loose and leaked. There was a chair missing from the dining room set. The couches seem to be broken down and the mattresses are worn out. The kitchen was nice and fully stocked. The location is convenient and safe. The building are being painted and the pool area completely lacks any chairs. Parking is good.

Nice beach condo, needs some improvements

The check in process was easy. The condo is nice and spacious. It was easy to find the place. There is a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy very close to it. However, we needed to clean the kitchen when we arrived. The house would benefit from replacing the mattress in the master bedroom, the sofas, and more cleanliness.

I want to go back!

Great spot and really enjoyed the roof terrace. But we arrived at night and had a lot of difficulty locating the condo. There are no street signs or house numbers. And we couldn’t pull up the maps because of poor internet that night. Next trip we will download a map on our phones.

Place was close to a beach. We found plenty of things to do. Hosts were responsive. People in the area were super friendly to share advice on what to go see.

Property is quiet and close to beaches and town. Make every effort to arrive during daylight. Google maps makes it hard to find. Lock box needs updating, too hard to open. Beds are soft. Pillows are flat. Roof top terrace is a nice touch. Bring mosquito spray and repellent. Host is very responsive.

Beautiful place, excellent location

Property was very clean, no elevator and it’s on the third floor but it didn’t bother us. Great pool area with outdoor patio (we brought our own chairs down for seating) bathrooms had soap and shampoo and toilet paper. The mattresses could be updated in the bedrooms (they weren’t too comfortable with two people sleeping in them). Overall a great location, driveable to many restaurants and the beach

Basic but worth a look

We stayed for 2 nights in this apartment in Cabo Rojo area. Close to all local beaches and sights. The location felt safe and check-in process was a breeze. Air conditioning worked well, the place was clean and we never used the rooftop terrace. This said, small details are overlooked and apartment overall was very basic. Obviously, this is an investment property with little pride of ownership. Utensils and dishes are sparse and incomplete, towels are secondhand and all different, and furniture sufficient, but not exactly comfortable. We had one maintenance issue was quickly resolve to the local property mgr jumping into action. Thanks again Jimmy! This apt is worth consideration if “basic” meets your rental benchmark.

Quiet location; close to beaches

Wonderful penthouse condo in quiet location just 5 mins to Combate Beach and restaurants. Also close to Cabo Rojo lighthouse, Playa Sucia, and Boquerón Beach. The listing was exactly as pictured. Bathrooms and kitchen have been recently remodeled. Air conditioning units worked wonderfully, although one of us slept with open windows and ceiling fan (nice to wake up to song of local birds and roosters). Loved the rooftop terrace and relaxing in the hammocks at sunset. Large cooler available for beach outings. I would make just a few minor suggestions: 1) need new towels and more of them. Not even enough if 6 people stay. Also, no hand towels or wash clothes available. 2) need more beach towels and chairs. Only 1 beach chair. 3) need a coffee table in the living room. But for the price, we had a great stay!
