The Space:

This house has three bedrooms, each with a double bed, sleeping up to six guests, and one full bathroom shared by the whole house. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker and blender, with a dining table for shared meals. A patio or balcony offers a spot to relax outside, and the living area doubles as a laptop-friendly workspace for anyone working remotely. Air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and everyday essentials round out a practical, no-fuss home base.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire house, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.

Free parking is available on the street.



The Neighborhood:

Cabo Rojo is one of Puerto Rico's most-loved southwest coast destinations, known for its postcard beaches, the pink-hued salt flats, and the cliffside Los Morrillos Lighthouse looking out over the Caribbean Sea. The Las Arenas sector offers a quieter, residential setting, with the town's beaches, seafood shacks and golden sunsets a drive away.



Getting Around:

A car is the most practical way to get around Cabo Rojo and reach its beaches, restaurants and lookout points. Based on the property's general location, both Rafael Hernández Airport (BQN) in Aguadilla and Mercedita Airport (PSE) in Ponce are roughly 45 minutes to an hour away — we recommend confirming the exact route and timing with us closer to your trip.



Other Things to Note:

Arrival & Departure

- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 11:00 AM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.



Paid Add-Ons (Marketplace)

- Optional paid amenities are available as add-on services, orderable through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook after booking — such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, or birthday balloons.



Keep in Mind (House Rules)

- Parties, smoking, or loud gatherings aren't permitted.

- Quiet hours: 10 PM-7 AM.



Online Check-In and Verification

- Once you complete your online check-in, you'll receive the instructions to access the property.

- A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease; by completing your reservation you agree to our rental terms and conditions.

- To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.
