Nice place across from the beach. Very convenient. The rooms are nice and modern with air conditioner. The bathrooms are renovated but uncomfortable due to the small space. I recommend adding a few hooks on the bathroom wall or behind the bathroom door to hang stuff to make it more comfortable. Also, although the bedsheets were washed, they had old stains which gives a bad impression. The owner is very attentive. The whole area can become super noisy with loud music with offensive language. I think is a problem in Puerto Rico and lawmakers and law enforcement should do something about it.

Excellent location!! Combate beach within a 2 minute walk! A little but of street noise until like 10-11pm but nothing crazy! Recommended 👍

Mr. James Wilson:Thank you for your unfair scoring. You left the hotel earlier, and I found out when you text me the reason, without allowing me to look for alternative. The reason you mentioned me in the text: "it is too much loud for us...."And asked me for refund for the rest of the stay.We have no control of the visitors to the area. Lo único bueno que tiene es la localización. El estacionamiento es incómodo y me tocó el peor el #7, solo puedes abrir 2 puertas, está debajo de una escalera y en la puerta de otra habitación. En el guest house hay una peste insoportable. En la piscina no se puede estar con el mal olor que hay. El baño de la habitación muy pequeño.

Excelente servicio. Habitación comoda y limpia. Fuimos advertidos de los mosquitos, lo cual es el unico inconveniente. Recomiendo que traigan algo para controlarlos. Recomendado para familia o en pareja!

Great place to stay on the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is they need to update their towels and sheets. Coffee also needs to be provided.

Highly recommended. Nice and clean room
Right in front of one of the best beaches. Bar and restaurant on site. Parking lot free. Room completely remodeled , nice and clean Luichy very friendly and always making sure that everithing is ok. Check in very smooth. Highly recommended , we got a great service and help for free from Martin that does not work for the hotel but gave us free chairs and canopy. Just for a tip. In a few words it was a great experience. I would like to come back more often.
