Lovely and spacious newly-furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Paseo del Faro, a quiet resort-like gated community in the beach town of Cabo Rojo. This first-floor condo faces the largest of 3 community pools in the complex and it’s adhacent to a playground and mini golf course.

The open concept living room/dining room area is air conditioned and has 2 ceiling fans for your comfort. The living room is appointed with a leather sectional sofa, 55-inch smart TV with basic cable and subscriptions to Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Prime, and Apple TV already set up for your convenience. Free high-speed WiFi is available. The ample front porch appointed with comfortable chairs is right off the living room for your relaxation.

The dining room includes seating for 4-6 people with additional seating on the peninsula.

The kitchen is completely equipped with brand new appliances and all items necessary to cook and serve your meals. The coffee bar is stocked with 3 types of coffees, as well as tea and hot cocoa. A basket full of snacks on the kitchen counter awaits all our guests.

A bakery/small grocery store is adjacent to the complex. A larger supermarket, bakery, and gas station are located close by, as well a number of small restaurants and home-based businesses preparing the local favorites.

The 2 comfortable, newly furnished bedrooms are fully air conditioned. The primary bedroom also has a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have smart TV's with subscriptions to Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Prime, and Apple TV, as well as USB cables to charge up your electronics. A laundry area with a stackable washer and dryer, large beach towels, and beach chairs are available to our guests.

The best beaches in the South West are all close by. El Combate beach and El Faro (Cabo Rojo Lighthouse) are a mere 4-minute drive away. Boquerón, a popular beach and village, is also10 minutes away with its popular weekend night life, a few casual and all-welcoming bars, restaurants, fresh oyster and pinchos vendors, souvenir shops, etc. Buyé Beach (popular by the locals due to its calm waters, and relaxed and secluded atmosphere) is only 15 minutes away.

Cabo Rojo Plaza and the biggest mall in the area, Mayaguez Mall, are within a 15-25 minute drive.
