The bathroom is equipped with a shower for convenience. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays with kitchen and basic utensils, refrigerator and microwave to make your stay one to remember. This charm house is very close to El Poblado where’s a plenty of restaurants and nightlife, 5 minutes to the beach and close to other3 beaches in the area. Another area very known La Palguera its 30 minutes from the stay.

Additional rules
To ensure a comfortable experience for all our guests, please adhere to the following house rules:
• No Smoking Indoors: This is a smoke-free space. Smoking is permitted only outside the property. A $200.00 cleaning fee will be applied if smoking is detected inside the accommodation.
• Towel Usage: Please do not use towels to remove makeup. Lost, damaged, torn, or stained towels will incur a charge of $10.00 per towel.
• Lost Keys: A fee of $130.00 will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.
• No Candles: For safety reasons, the use of candles is prohibited.
• Pool Guidelines:
• No eating or drinking inside the pool.
• Adding liquids that cause foam is prohibited, as it can damage the motor.
• Use the pool at your own risk; we do not have a lifeguard on duty and are not responsible for accidents during your stay.
• Running or diving is not allowed.
• Do not relieve yourself in the pool.
• Always supervise children.
• Wet Attire: Do not sit on beds or the living room sofa with wet clothing.
• Barbecue (BBQ) Use: If you use the BBQ, please clean it before check-out. Failure to do so will result in a $40.00 charge.
• Toilet Use: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, wipes, or sanitary pads down the toilet. If emergency plumbing services are required due to these items, an additional charge of $150.00 will apply.
• Guest Policy: Only you and registered guests may use the facilities. Visitors are not allowed.
• Noise Levels: No loud music or speakers are permitted inside the property or in the pool area.
• No Parties: Parties are not allowed within the property or pool area.
• Energy Conservation: Please turn off lights and air conditioners when leaving the property.
• Doors and Windows: Keep doors closed when air conditioners are on.
• Damage Reporting: Report any damage or breakage immediately. Guests will be charged for any damaged or broken items.
• Personal Responsibility: Each guest is responsible for their own safety. We (the host, the owner) are not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur, including unforeseen circumstances caused by third parties.
• Parking: We offer only 2 parking spaces and are not responsible for damage to your vehicle or belongings. Do not park or block neighbors’ driveways.

By booking, all guests automatically agree to follow all the above rules, regardless of personal circumstances or interests.
