Lots of very friendly guests and residents who helped in many ways to make our vacation special. The condo was clean and comfortable with a new king bed and very nice linens. ”Luis was an excellent host. He was helpful before and during our stay. He answered all of our questions quickly and offer support for our stay. The property manager, Cynthia met us as we arrived and was helpful throughout the month we were in Costa Rica. She dealt with any issues quickly. I would recommend Luis’ property to others.”

”My only reason it’s not 5/5 is the location. It’s a bit run-down near this property. But there is a good pizza place across the street as well as a bakery. And it certainly is close to the south end of the beach. The pool is fantastic.”

”This property has all the things - a beach front, great view, great quiet location, and wonderful amenities. A week here would be great to relax - a full kitchen to cook, laundry, and all the fixin’s for going to the beach to help you. What a great place! We hope to visit again!”
