”We booked and paid extra for 1 child with 2 adults. We booked a King bed. What we got was no pull out bed for our child and two single beds jammed together disguised as a King bed. The beds equated to roughly 185cm by 172cm which is well short of Australian standards of what a king bed is. We paid an extra $70-$80 for our child to stay with us. With no pull out bed, she was left to sleep on the couch and eventually moved to the floor which was uncomfortable. No bed sheets or extra towel was...
