”This place is great. We went off-season, using it as a base of operations for touring all over the region. The room was comfortable and clean, the restaurants and bars in and around the building super convenient, staff was great.
Now here are my two beefs: 1) They don't offer mid-stay refreshing of the room AT ALL. And 2) the architect should probably be brought up on war crimes, lol. Getting from building to building is quite an adventure, the signs guiding you are pretty lacking, etc. I...

”Loved staying here. It was super easy to check in, didn’t have to talk to the front desk. Parking was right by our room so it made it so nice. So quiet, clean and updated. Definitely would stay here again. ”

”This is the second time I have been unhappy with hotels.com. I’ve had to pay additional fees upon arrival. Once with a pet and once with parking. I feel those should be disclosed at the reservation. It would have made a difference on my decision to stay.”

”We rented the whole unit (C208AB), which was plenty of room for us - 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with spa tubs, kitchen, and sitting/dining area. Each area/room had separate climate control, the bathroom floors were heated which was really nice. Kitchen came with all the basic cooking tools/pans, salt/pepper, as well as basic cleaning supplies. ”The suite was spacious and beautiful. Up to date accommodations. Valet parking at front entrance. Several pools/ hot tubs that are heated/ all weather. We absolutely loved our stay here! ”

”The hotel was beautiful. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. Even when a water main broke, they offered to shuttle us to another hotel for showers until it was fixed. The break was not their fault but they took such great care of us.”
