”Best hotel I've stayed in a long time - such character, spacious, clean and the food was excellent. My favorite part was a little kitchen area for guests with tea & coffee, drinks, snacks, home made cookies each afternoon. Highly recommend the Fairview Inn. ”

”My room was very clean as usual. My favorite thing about this property is the patio with the fountain. I wasn't in a room overlooking the patio this time but it was still lovely.”

”Everything was great. The staff was very helpful and helped me and my family with our stay. The room was spacious, we enjoyed the pool and the laundry room. We used our kitchen to cook for our children and we enjoyed the proximity to the district and Sal and mookies. Clean room. Nice staff. Would book again. 10/10.”

”I want to file a complaint on the Sparks manager she was very rude and unruly and told me an untruth about a situation I was looking for my medicine and she said the manager would be there I mean the the housekeeping manager will be there Thursday at 9:00 but when I went there cuz I have been calling and she was hanging the phone up in my face and when I got there she said the manager was not there he told me she didn't have my medicine”

”I had a good stay overall. Michelle at the front desk was very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely kept.. The only things I would suggest improving are the bedding and the breakfast area. I would have preferred more than just a sheet to sleep with, as an extra blanket or comforter would have been much more comfortable. Also, the floor in the breakfast area was very sticky. Every step made a sticking noise. Other than those...

”Staff was wonderful!!!! Other than that nothing good to say! Bathroom sink was leaking on the floor…brown water came out of the bathtub faucet…ceiling looked liked it was going to crumble on us…towels looked dirty…side of mattress was dirty….stains on the sheets…and almost fell getting in the shower because the tub was so slippery….definitely won’t be picking a Wyndham Hotel again! Luckily we just needed to make it through the night and left early in the morning!!!!”

”This is our second time staying at this location. Hotel is wonderful. Staff wasn't helpful or friendly at check in But everything was wonderful”

”We had to change rooms twice. The first time the door wouldn’t close. The second time the AC was broken. And the third time the toilet didn’t flush properly, we just decided not to move anymore.”

”We never received housekeeping service and after several requests, they brought us fresh towels and emptied the trash. The front desk staff didn't seem the least bit concerned and offered no apology.”

”Be bugs, ash in the corners of the room. Carpets were sticky and stains still on my blanket. Elevator takes too long and the water pressure is terrible. Don't stay here unless you like trap house environment. I kept to myself but wouldnt stay here again unless my life depended on it. 2/10 because the staff was nice. There was also 2 days where the keys didnt work for no one so I just left my door open. Nothing was stolen while I was at work for 12 hours but I only had clothes in my suit cases so...

”I did not feel safe during my stay. There were people gathered and smoking right outside the front entrance. The property should provide a designated smoking area away from the entrance. The room was not clean. There were bugs in the room, no hand soap was provided, and the bed linens were in poor condition with noticeable spots and stains on the sheets. Overall, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and my experience.”

”It is an Indian family ownership and management, and has a nice hospitable feel. The common areas have some attractive wooden uncommercial pieces of furniture and a pottery collection, lending it more of a personal, home-like look and feel. Our room was very spacious with a sitting area, comfortable stuffed chair with wide coffee table, desk and desk chair, wet bar, refrigerator and microwave. We really appreciated this extra space.
