Access to the apartment requires climbing a short flight of stairs. Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious and modern living room, furnished with high-quality pieces and stylish decor. It features a double sofa bed (1.50 x 1.90 m), allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. A small balcony overlooking the street provides plenty of natural light.

In the same space, there’s an open-plan kitchen, very bright and fully equipped with everything needed for a practical and pleasant stay.

The bedroom is also filled with natural light and offers a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m), a desk, and another balcony facing the street. The bathroom is separate and features a spacious, modern shower.

Located on Calle General Luque, in the historic center of Cádiz, the apartment allows you to explore the city on foot. Just a few minutes away you’ll find the main monuments and museums, as well as supermarkets, boutiques, and top-quality restaurants serving the best local seafood. And of course, you’ll be surrounded by countless traditional bars where you can enjoy Cádiz’s renowned tapas and cuisine.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
