  • Private, lakefront property on 2.5 acres. 6000 sq ft home, 5 bedrooms and 1 bunk room. Each room has it's own TV set up with DirectTV. Sleeps 22 comfortably. 5 bathrooms Commercial grade gas oven, large kitchen island for extra seating. Bring the whole extended family to this spacious home for a great lake vacation. Bring your own boat or rent one nearby. 2 covered boat slips. Spacious screened in upper level deck with great lake views. Bottom deck has bed swing for great afternoon naps. Located 7 miles from Cadiz, KY for grocery shopping and restaurants. Nearest boat ramps and marinas are Moon River Resort, Lake Barkley State Resort, Prizer Point and Mershon's Bridge. Starlink Wifi is available.

Good house for large groups. Several maintenance items have been neglected. Great value for the money. Decorated nicely. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Beautiful, very clean home. The exterior of the home could use more attention, but didn’t bother us. We had a few slips on steep steps going down to dock, but it had rained on the wood. The fire pit, dock, game room were wonderful. The owner was slow to respond and did not give details on rules, check out, local food or attractions…generally a guide is provided,but we managed. Very roomy and lots of beds for our large group. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, crock pot, drip and Keurig, griddle, etc. plenty of chairs around fire, clean updated furnishings throughout, cornhole. I recommend this home for lg gathering.

Perfect for Thanksgiving Getaway with Family!

The house was absolutely beautiful. Well equipped and spacious. Plenty of bedrooms, towels, blankets,etc. My Grandchildren loved the downstairs game room. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare big meals. Very clean and a quiet retreat.

Rooms were clean for the most part, game room was enjoyed all age groups. Kitchen had limited pots and pans and what was there was not large enough for a large group of people. When I tried to contact host about the fireplace not working I got no response. There was also an open outlet by one of the bunk beds, we put cardboard over it to keep the kids safe.

It was a huge house. The quality of beds were not that great. Hard. Could have used more comfortable

Thanksgiving weekend with family 15 of us. Overall fine. But comfy chairs in living area would be nice. Plenty of cooking stuff. Could really use 2 refrigerators. Beds were not comfortable. There were no heavy blankets. Overall we loved it.

Rest and relax in Ky

The house was very accommodating. Beautiful home. There were a few things we found broken upon arrival that I messaged the owner about. Nothing that bothered our stay but just wanted to fyi so we would not get blamed. House seemed clean but did notice lots of dust on the bunk beds. We also had found millapeads in 2 showers. Overall we had a great experience and will book with VRBO again.

Great Week with Friends

We enjoyed this stay so much. This house is great for a large group. The screened-in deck was perfect for late-night conversations without bugs! We brought multiple families and everyone had their own space with a large kid room that was perfect for them feeling "independent". The house was sell stocked with everything we need to cook for this many people with ample places for everyone to sit and enjoy food. The dock was great for swimming and was far enough away for us to feel safe with the kids. The water there is quiet. Does have lots of sticks so we were glad we skipped bringing the boat. I was able to enjoy quiet paddle boarding while there. Short drive to the town if you need to pick any last-minute things up.

Perfect for a very large group

We had our entire family of 22 ranging in age from 3-62 and all had a great time. I knew from the listing it was large, but pictures didnt acutely portrait the size. It was huge, and even with that many people there was plenty of space. The kids loved the bunk room. We also loved that the two dining areas and bar meant that everyone had a spot for big family dinners. The large screened in porch was another huge plus. We used the fire pit a few nights and appreciated having that. The kids spent lots of time in the water, even though it was a little murky for my taste. It was also difficult to get out of the water as there was no ladder on the dock. We had brought a swim pad and the kids had a blast on that. We loved the neighborhood. It was pretty isolated and that's what we wanted. If you like nature the setting is beautiful. We saw deer in the yard several times. All in all it was a great stay, and the house was perfect for our family.

It was a great place to stay. We had so much fun had plenty of space to do what we wanted.

Large and spacious rooms. Never felt crowded. Everything we needed was there. We have so much fun.

Great Place for Large Gatherings!

This is a great property for family gatherings. The house is extremely well laid out and well equipped for any size group. The property is very new, in great shape and was very clean for our visit. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Not too far from Cadiz if you need any essentials. Huge firepit for the whole family to enjoy and the basement pool table /tv area provided great space in the evenings and rain. The only two minor items I would point out... If you are not from the area - the lake gets lowered and the dock at this house is not in the water when the lake is at "winter pool". I guess most locals know this, but we did not. Not a big issue, but no fishing or anything in the shoulder seasons. The other item is internet - it's only what you bring in with you. My misunderstanding, but the way I read the listing I thought they provided AT&T hotspot. If you have Verizon, plan on almost zero internet (most calls worked), our family with AT&T got halfway decent internet. Again, I like having limited service on this type of vacation so only an issue for some. Overall highly recommended!
