Noisy!!
Not allowed to stay in room of choice, plenty of open rooms away from traffic but staff stated I had no choice but to stay in room facing Highway, noise poured into the room all night. Hundreds of other places to stay on my biweekly trips, I’ll be visiting one of those from now on.

When we first arrived at the Hotel, the bathroom floor, toilet and sink were drenched in water and water was pouring out of the ceiling. When we requested help, the attendant looked at the situation and said that he would get back to us. We waited a half hour, and he did not get back to us. When we called the front desk, he said the leak in the ceiling would stop soon and that we should clean up the water on the floor ourselves. The television also did not work. We requested a new room. He argued with us and said that he could not change the room after we have been in it a half hour. After using strong language and arguing he hung up. I was in the process of calling Hotels.com to complain when he called and said he would give us another room. The second room did not have a leak in the ceiling, but the quality of the room was low. The pictures in the ad are deceiving.

Room was clean & comfortable. Really wanted to watch a football game but they don't get any of the channels. Soap dispenser doesn't dispense very well and there wasn't any of soap or shampoo available. The room did have a small frig, microwave & coffee maker. Room appeared to be recently updated.

We had stayed at what was to be a pet friendly hotel. They charged us a $100.00 deposit. Which was the first for us.When we left the next morning we had cleaned up everything as we always do. We went to the same red roof inn as the night before. And they refused us service. Kept our $100.00 deposot and said it was for property damage. When we asked for proof of the property damage. They could not show us any proof of damageThey refused us

Upon investigation of your claims, it has been brought to my attention that you had 2 pets in the room and there was dog pee in bathroom and by both ends of bed, hence 25 was taken as a fee and the remaining 75 was refunded. The room was probably not as dirty as it appeared, I think it just needed a LOT of TLC, because it was a mess so to speak. The room that we stayed in appeared to be partially painted. The sheets towels and bathroom facilities were clean which is what was mainly important, but for $105, there should have been an amazing breakfast or something. We stayed at 3 different Red Roof Inns across Kentucky this week and this was an embarrassment to Red Roof Inns. I hope that we just caught it in the beginning stages of being updated or something because the others were the same price and set a standard for us that we expected and were very let down at this one. We had breakfast and a much cleaner room at the other locations (Cardin, KY and Lawrenceburg, IN).

We were disgusted to find some cockroaches on the room as well as dead ones outside the door. We were too tired to find another hotel in the area since we arrived late. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody.
