”It was freezing out and the ground had not been prepared for safety well enough. The entrance door was propped open. There was mess in the entrance. That mess included a bag of ice melt that had not been used on the walkway. We were checked in but not welcomed professionally. We were interrupting the man's snack time, the remains of which were present in his beard. The woman in the morning was pleasant and professional. She was charming as well. This was a surprise given the previous nights...

”The hotel is in need of some serious restoration. My room had horrible moldy caulking around the bathtub, sink and shower area. Disgusting.The room smelled like dank gym socks and somebody had been smoking in there at one point although the room is non-smoking. The hot water did not last very long. And the shower head..... Yuck! The water only came out of a portion of the shower head and there was so much calcium and gunk build up on it, I felt like I was in some YMCA locker room. I probably...

Every interaction during my stay was positive, which made the experience even better. ”Wifi connection was lousy, in most parts of room nothing, in one corner sometimes. These days it should be obvious that wifi works. Also general look of the room was that everything was old, and I mean really old.”

”The rooms could use a little updating they were clean. The lighting could be improved in the rooms. It was hard to see to do some work. The bed was very good. Pillows were good was a little surprised about how much it cost to get breakfast whereas the Hampton Inn I just stayed at was complementary.”
