”To start..I witnessed a Handicapped Female get denied a room on the first floor. The desk person said they were full on the first floor. There were 3 or 4 cars in the parking lot. Later that night maybe 10 cars. 2nd..the ice maker was broken on the first floor..it could happen..but they left the flooded floor for hours .very unsafe. 3rd..indoor pool was never turned on the 4 days we stayed. It was cloudy and very cold..no circulation at all. 4th ..ceiling tiles missing everywhere...wires...

” Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). When we asked to be transferred to another room, staff indicated the room we were in was the best one they had. We were moved to an adjacent identical room. The doors...
