Take the short hike to the top of the property and enjoy an amazing view. This was such a cool place to stay. The room was extremely comfortable.â

We had a wonderful stay. The optional breakfast was delicious and nicely presented. The kitchen was well-stocked, which we took advantage of by cooking our own meals. Reliable hot water in the showers was a definite plus.

âWe had to change last minute and the Villas Macadamia had a casita. Turned out to be the best place we have stayed. Plenty of space for the whole family, close to town and quiet. â
âI truly enjoyed my stay. The room was spaceous and bed very comfy. There is free tea and popcorn and the terrace is a nice bonus. Breakfast was also good. Staff is very friendly and eager to help the guests. The B&B is about 5 min walk away from shops and restaurants. Altough it's Down/uphill. There is a corner shop and a soda few steps away, but I didn't try them. 4 star hotel for me. â

âLovely brand new hotel on a hillside overlooking the main center of Santa Elena. Beautiful clean rooms with clean water and bathrooms, new construction, 5 minute walk to town. The hosts are lovely and welcoming, providing advice to guests on all sorts of things. Communal breakfast in the morning is great too! Most of all, this property is run by a non-profit that supports children's education, so it's great to contribute to the cause by staying here.â

The host and her daughter were super friendly and willing to help us out. They recommended a good local restaurants and our stay was very comfortable. Itâs a nice location too. Close to the downtown but still very quiet. â
