âThe staff at Bernese Resort was very friendly and promptly attended to our needs. Staff were cleaning all the time , theyâve been there since place started operation.The kitchen staff were so nice , even served us our favorite breakfast on our last day.My only complaint is thereâs no place for us to put our bathroom supplies but overall I will recommend the resort.â

âVery nice set up. I picked this location for convenience from the airport. But after a couple of days, I moved closer to the volcano and decided to walk. For reference itâs a 90 minute walk, but it was incredibly awesome.â
