”Great stay! The hotel is clean and the staff are excellent. Having a complimentary airport shuttle was a huge plus. The only downside was the shower pressure—it was a bit too aggressive for me—but otherwise, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.”

”The rooms were tired last year, and no improvement this year. Went 2 days without replacing towels, emptying bins even though the room information advised this was daily, and had no door hanger to request services. Upon further query, they don't provide daily service unless asked.
First set of bedding had holes, the bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the room was noisy throughout the night.
We thought the daily breakfast was better than the weekend buffet - just don't ask for toast,...

”The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. The wifi is only available near the main area and not in the rooms, the kids took full advantage of the pools, both pool areas were well maintained. Getting to the room on 3rd level is not good. Construction going on, I had to walk on a man made bridge to cross to go to the room. I was scared”

”Charles Rahim loved St Ellis. The big guy working at the restaurant last Tuesday and wed was so nice and so professional. All the staff at the restaurant are so professional and friendly and they go the extra mile. Parking was good. Location close to Ayala Centre small shopping centre .”

Clean rooms
On our first stay we have to transfer to a different room 3X, first the air conditioning unit had a lot of water leak. The next was, the towel rack fell and the 3rd the room needed to be fumigated for pest control. Hot water control is not right.
