”The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. The wifi is only available near the main area and not in the rooms, the kids took full advantage of the pools, both pool areas were well maintained. Staff one is ok
Getting to the room on 3rd level is not good. Construction going on, I had to walk on a man made bridge to cross to go to the room. I was scared”

”The rooms were tired last year, and no improvement this year. Went 2 days without replacing towels, emptying bins even though the room information advised this was daily, and had no door hanger to request services. Upon further query, they don't provide daily service unless asked.
First set of bedding had holes, the bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the room was noisy throughout the night.
We thought the daily breakfast was better than the weekend buffet - just don't ask for toast,...
