This home is a wonderful base to explore Cairns, Port Douglas, Palm Cove, Kuranda Village, Daintree Rainforest, and access the Great Barrier Reef.

House Rules & Additional Information

* Please keep noise and music to a minimum after 9:00 PM.

* Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

* Daily cleaning is not included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy during your stay.

* We are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. We recommend planning accordingly or using local luggage storage services if needed.

* A starter pack of essentials is provided, including tea, coffee, toiletries, and basic supplies. For longer stays, guests may wish to top up these items as needed

* The house is architecturally designed with passive cooling features, including large doors and windows that can be opened to naturally cool the living spaces. There are large fans in the living space, but air conditioning is only in the bedrooms.



Mid-Stay Cleans

Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays.

For stays longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property. An additional fee of $250 per service applies.
