”Lovely hotel clean and friendly, found there were very few english people staying, didnt find that a problem though. Food very good plenty of choise, drinks ok but ould have liked the option of water available, only seemed to be fissy or hot drinks which was very nice but not suitable for a 2 year old. Pools were very nice again would have like to have seen a shallow pool just for toddlers as the bigger pools and aqua park although lovely were notover good for little people.Free bus every half...

”Loved Balinese beds. Pool was a bit cold for May. Housekeeper was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. Had fresh cooked omelette every day. Also had lunch which was really nice. Lacked some chill out music by the pool which would have enhanced the experience.”

”More of a complex than a hotel, had to drive around twice to find check in. Dissapointed with communication. reported on the first night that the heating, cooling was not working and the patio door would not lock, these issues were ignored. Otherwise, very good stay and fantastic choice of food.”

”Room smelled very damp. If you suffer from any mold problems we don't recommend this hotel. We didn't bother try to change the room because only stayed for a night. Room was also dated and WiFi was poor. On the other hand breakfast was excellent, staff was nice and there was plenty of parking space just outside of the hotel ”

”I had communicated directly with the hotel to upgrade and was quoted a price which I accepted and was told should be paid on check in. On arrival there was no upgrade I showed my emails to the receptionist Jose and was dismissed and found him rude. However I spoke to another receptionist the following day Jessica who explained things and arranged for us to be upgraded ASAP. Thank you Jessica. The pool is lovely all though the beds facing the sun have towels on early. Storage for clothes is an...
