”This apartment is on a nice quiet complex of a few apartments. It is very modern and has a light and airy living area. Beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was perfect! The pool was very clean and great for a proper swim. Could do with one or two more parasols by the pool and would love to have air Con in the rooms next summer but other than those two suggestions it was a lovely stay, thank you! Communication with the agent/owner was very good! Location was great for everything!”

Einziger Wermutstropfen: Auch der Klippenstrand der Anlage ist - wie alle Strände der Baleaeren - frei zugänglich und manchmal kommen „Tagesgäste“ mit lauten Bluetoothboxen oder irgendwo ist nachts eine lautere Party. ”Nog mooier dan op de foto's. Ondanks dat het interieur verouderd is een fantastisch verblijf op een geweldige locatie. We hebben allemaal erg genoten. Gastvrije eigenaar. Als we dan een aandachtspuntje moeten noemen, wifi is erg traag en 4G/5G nauwelijks bereik. Soms lastig om mooie uitstapjes in de omgeving op te zoeken.”

”The 50m pool is brilliant and never seemed to get too busy. The accommodation is spacious and perfectly situated. It on a gated complex, (which is great from a security perspective) and really well maintained. It had everything we needed (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, coffee machine) and also some extra's which we didn't expect beach towels, parasol, Sky TV etc. There are numerous bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the marina with more bars and restaurants is...

”Das Positive zuerst: Kontakt mit der Vermieterin schnell und freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Was uns nicht gefallen hat: es richt muffig wenn man die Wohnung betritt. Leider Kakerlaken in der Wohnung. Soll ja wohl öfters auf Mallorca vorkommen, wir hatten bisher aber keine. Intensives Kühlschrankdeo im Kühlschrank. Der Geruch war doch sehr befremdlich.”

”Nous avons sejourné fin avril dans ce joli appartement. La région est très belle. L'appartement est très bien. Rien ne manquait pour ces 10 jours. L'hôte est tres gentil et nous pouvions le contacter facilement. Il y avait un petit chat qui venais nous rendre visite régulièrement. Je recommande les yeux fermés ! A refaire 😀”

”The unit is decent and as described. Great location on Mallorca and close to everything. The resort setting was nice and a very close walk to town and restaurants/shopping. I would definitely stay in this area again but would NOT rent from this owner. We had problems getting into the unit at the scheduled time because the previous guests locked the keys in the unit vs. the lock box.
