”The property is beautiful and well positioned with a fantastic shop close by and walking distance to all Cala Dor has to offer. Communication from the host Sandro was clear and accurate and it all made for a relaxing home away from home. The pool was well maintained and gave our youngest son the opportunity to learn to swim which was fantastic to see. All in all a great experience and one we’d like to repeat again one day. ”

”We had a lovely, relaxing holiday at Casa Hector. The villa was exactly as advertised and in a perfect location, within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and Cala Ferrera beach. We contacted the owner about a couple of things and she resolved them extremely quickly and was very friendly and helpful. Cala Ferrera is a lovely area for families with just the right mix of entertainment at outdoor garden bars and great restaurants. The villa is in a quiet residential area but within...

”The villa was better than expected. Pool was lovely, kitchen had everything you would need, bedrooms we large. Everything was clean. Only thing we didn't appreciate was someone walking into the property unannounced from an adjoining door complaining we shouldn't be in the pool at 11pm. We booked the villa for private use so this upset our party.”

”Wir sind mit der Finca sehr zufrieden gewesen. Wirwaren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 3 Kindern. Das Haus sieht toll aus und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Poll ist wirklich super und nie kalt ( ich hab deswegen kein Meer vermisst), der Pool2 mal die Woche sauber gemacht, genau wie die Anlage. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war jederzeit möglich und die Vermieterin ist wirklich toll. Ich würde am liebsten dort wohnen bleiben:-)”

”Im großen und ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit der Küche waren wir nicht ganz zufrieden. Der Kühlschrank ist für die Größe der Finca definitiv zu klein. Die Spülmaschine ist nicht in Ordnung und den Wasserhahn mussten wir erst befestigen. Dafür war der Außenbereich richtig schön.”

”A great accommodation that fulfils all wishes. Very good room layout, very high quality furnishings and absolutely clean. The outdoor area is great and there were surprisingly few mosquitoes. Short distances to cover daily needs and good food. Communication with the landlord was always fast, friendly and smooth. However, there is one tip. If you want to watch international television, you need to be technically savvy. All in all, a very clear 5 star recommendation. We would definitely book...

”La casa es impresionante, con zonas de jardines, una piscina con zona chill dónde poder comer a gusto 10 personas, otra zona a la sombra para comer en el exterior, zona de bbq independiente, y la casa bien, con 5 habitaciones, una cocina excepcional... Comida y para disfrutar en su conjunto. Hemos ido dos familias, 10 en total, varios jóvenes de 18 a 27 años, algunos adultos y todos hemos podido disfrutar. A 20 minutos de un montón de Calas y 45 de la capital. Para repetir”

"The sound proofing was poor, you could hear the people go in to their rooms and also the elevator was loud and could hear it also to the room. In the room there was ants everywhere coming out from the kitchen sealing. Everything else was great and definitely would come again. Pool area and the breakfeast was really good and overall the room aswell. Thank you! "
