”We had a lovely stay for 4 nights at Villa Beatriz, the villa was clean and bright and a lovely unexpected welcome pack was left for us on arrival that was just what was needed as we were late evening arrivals. It's just a short walk to the Cala D'or Marina, where there are loads of bars and restaurants. Couldn't fault it, thank you.”

”We were delighted by our stay at this property. It's the best position on the beach - gorgeous views, steps to the sand, yet private and comfortable. Our family of five had plenty of room with 2 bathrooms and the layout provides for maximum privacy. Air conditioning was welcome in the unusually hot June weather. There is a supermarket a five min drive away, small markets even closer. We ate breakfast and lunch on the patio watching the beach fill in and the boats anchor offshore. At night...

”Fabulous situation overlooking Cala Gran. Had everything we needed for very relaxing stay. Beds very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Best bit was the terrace, we didn’t want to move from it. Had our lunch every day overlooking the sea and people watched.”

The main issue was the property owner / manager, who upon arrival proceeded to sit us down for a 25 min 'check in' (stern lecture) about how we mustn't use air conditioning unless essential, mustn't use lights unless essential... instructions that were even more irritating once we noticed the notices over the walls that even went so far as to instruct us not to flush toilets unless...
