”Mario was amazing with booking cabs helping us figure out everything on our trip we absolutely loved the facility and the people here. Highly recommended ”
”We traveled as a family 4 ( 2 young kids under 6) and I couldnt speak more highly of this hotel. Their facilities, their restaurants, their staff, the drcor and ambience its truly exceptional. My son had a medical emergency he got an eye infection (no fault.of the hotel putisde the hotwl) they called a doctor for us in the middle of the night, they gollowed up with doctor, they chsng3d hotel resevatuons for us. They do so with such a level of kindneas and service its rare to see.”

”Saavuttuamme hotelliin respa ei antanut wifi-koodia automaattisesti eikä tarjonnut tv:n kaukosäädintä tai safetyä. Hotellissa maksuton wifi. Wifi-koodi vaihtui viikon kuluttua, eikä siitäkään ilmoitettu. Säätimestä ja safetystä peritään panttimaksu a 5 €, jonka sai takaisin uloskirjautuessa. Huone ei ollut hotellin ilmoittamaan ajankohtaan valmis, vaan jouduimme odottamaan. Kahdeksantena päivänä vaihdettiin lakanat ja vielä kerran uudelleen kahden viikon oleskelun aikana. ”Nice hotel with with decent outdoor pools in a quiet little town. Breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Good stay if you enjoy peaceful and less tourist-crowded locations.
Only downside in the hotel was its WiFi, which seemed to work quite randomly and was very slow. Just checking a bus schedule or finding some trivial information often turned into a frustrating mission.

”We returned from the Ariel Chico yesterday after a fantastic 10 days.
The hotel is exceptionally well run with all staff being attentive, friendly and hardworking. Our room was large and well equipped, also very clean. The hotel grounds are well kept and there is obviously a lot of pride that goes into the appearance of the hotel.
Food was varied and of a good standard, there was always enough, with staff constantly replenishing any empty areas. I have not travelled all inclusive previously,...

”We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and would stay again. The room was a very decent size as was the bathroom. The location is perfect, 2 minutes to the closest beach and a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and the town.
The room had an air conditioning unit which we didn’t expect. However we had no remote for this for the first 2 days (not a problem for us) however on our third day we got the remote and it worked perfectly. The room was clean and tidy.

"The standard room was quite outdated and a cockroach was in out room at the first night. Otherwhise the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, the location was good (next to many restaurants and small shops, also not so far away from the centrum of Cala d’Or) and the gym was also very nice. The beach was beautiful. Next time I would choose the premium room. "
"Hotelli oli melko vanhanaikainen ja epäsiisti. Sijainti oli hyvä. Ruoka ei vastannut odotuksiamme millään tavalla ja ravintolan taso oli kouluruokalan tasoa. All inclusive ei ollut rahan arvoinen. Lisäksi hotelli salli vieraiden säilöä koiriaan yön yli auton takakontissa eikä asialle tehty mitään vaikka kävimme respaan ilmoittamassa. Ainoastaan ilmoittivat huoneen asukkaille että olimme käyneet respaan asiasta ilmoittamassa. "
