”This was the most expensive hotel on our trip to Ibiza and unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations. The room was clean and newly refurbished and it had a balcony but it was a bit tiny for 3 and the lack of counterspace in the bathroom made it a bit cumbersome for the females in our party. ”I want to be clear this is by no means of four-star Hotel. It is a two star at best. Between the mold unmaintained fixtures, incredibly uncomfortable beds, the floor falling apart the screaming children everywhere and can’t forget that the air-conditioning was not working only heat frankly I felt bait and switched. ”Terrible experience from check-in to check-out. I paid extra for a Junior Suite with Pool View, but was initially given a room overlooking the parking garage with only the tops of pool umbrellas visible. This was not what was advertised. My booking showed 18 photos of the room I paid for, none of which resembled the room we received.
