”This was the most expensive hotel on our trip to Ibiza and unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations. The room was clean and newly refurbished and it had a balcony but it was a bit tiny for 3 and the lack of counterspace in the bathroom made it a bit cumbersome for the females in our party. ”Terrible experience from check-in to check-out. I paid extra for a Junior Suite with Pool View, but was initially given a room overlooking the parking garage with only the tops of pool umbrellas visible. This was not what was advertised.
