”This was the most expensive hotel on our trip to Ibiza and unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations. The room was clean and newly refurbished and it had a balcony but it was a bit tiny for 3 and the lack of counterspace in the bathroom made it a bit cumbersome for the females in our party. The shower did not have any rack for shampoos and other items either. Moreover, the water temperature went from cold to scorching hot in seconds so be careful when taking a shower with kids. ”I want to be clear this is by no means of four-star Hotel. It is a two star at best. Between the mold unmaintained fixtures, incredibly uncomfortable beds, the floor falling apart the screaming children everywhere and can’t forget that the air-conditioning was not working only heat frankly I felt bait and switched. Believe I booked an Ocean view through Expedia, but did not receive that however, it could’ve just been implied unable to confirm I would not recommend this hotel. 3/10 would not...

”Staff was nice but the rooms were outdated and smelled like mildew. The property was clean and they were doing the upkeep everywhere you walked but the rooms didn’t match the the quality of care they gave the property. The shower also had this big rock type thing where I kept hitting my head and it was confusing why it was even there. Good thing I only stayed 1 night because I would’ve changed hotels if I was there longer.”
