âThe worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in.
Our room had such a strong smell of mold and dampness that it gave us headaches, and we felt completely congested throughout the stay. The room was severely water-damaged, as the floor tiles all over the room sank when you walked on them.
The room was unbearably humid â you couldnât put on makeup inside because the mirrors fogged up, not to mention drying or styling your hair.
The bathroom was full of black mold, and the so-called Balmain...

âExcellent hotel and will return. Clean and well proportioned rooms, fridge and cooking apparatus in the suite. Really appreciated the quiet chilled pool area in the day to recover from the night before. Food was decent and service relaxed but friendly. â
