âThis was the most expensive hotel on our trip to Ibiza and unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations. The room was clean and newly refurbished and it had a balcony but it was a bit tiny for 3 and the lack of counterspace in the bathroom made it a bit cumbersome for the females in our party. The shower did not have any rack for shampoos and other items either. Moreover, the water temperature went from cold to scorching hot in seconds so be careful when taking a shower with kids. âThe worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in.
Our room had such a strong smell of mold and dampness that it gave us headaches, and we felt completely congested throughout the stay. The room was severely water-damaged, as the floor tiles all over the room sank when you walked on them.
The room was unbearably humid â you couldnât put on makeup inside because the mirrors fogged up, not to mention drying or styling your hair.
The bathroom was full of black mold, and the so-called Balmain...
