”Las Mariposas was an idyllic getaway from the stresses of day to day life. Sofia was an amazing host who looked after us from the start to finish....rooms were big, more like a 2 room apartment with a delicious breakfast in the morning (EUR15). Despite its fairly close proximity to Dalt Vila, the port... Would recommend hiring a car to avoid the stress of awaiting a taxi during busy periods (usually 30 mins, during busy periods 1hr). ”This villa is NOT in San Antonio as advertised. Be prepared to travel at least 40 minutes to get there. It is in the middle of nowhere with no local shops or bars - you need a car. The host had no idea on the check in or payment procedure and was very rude. They don’t speak english and it was impossible to arrange late checkin / out as they kept hanging up on english numbers prior to getting there. You need to speak spanish or italian. The place smells, the bathrooms are appalling - rusty shower...
