”I was soooo looking forward to this vacation. Upon arrival the property was not clean. The air on the 2nd and 3rd levels didn't work. only the bottom floor had AC. Once we called the contact number; we were told the unit was out of service. OOOHHH BOY! and they could give us a 4 bedroom as a counter offer. From 8 bd rooms to 4 bdrms.. NO WAY. Solution was to give a discount and we could stay. They sent new bedding and towels. Needless to say we made it work and we had a blast despite the NO AC...
