âThe hotel is clean and convenient to local estsblishments. The rooms are spartan but clean. The hotel has a quaint and charming character. Have stayed there 3 times and it was fine. The AC in our room was noisy and they offered to change our room immediately. â

âPerfect location if you want to just play around and quaint downtown Dunedin. Properties very clean and the rooms are spacious. This is our second day at the grant Inn and Iâm sure weâll be back.â

âRoom we stayed in was clean and comfortable, but the facility itself on the exterior needs some work. None of the ice machines were functioning when we stayed there which required us to walk all the way around the property to go to the front lobby to get ice. Itâs looking a little worn around the edges. The stairwells and the balconies need attention.â
