Dear Kasper, Nor you, nor your colleagues received a wrong key during the check-in, you had a booking of 4 double rooms and on the last minute you added one more person who stayed in one additional room that you booked with us additionally and the next morning you had to pay the stay of 4 double rooms and 1 single use room, of which one of your colleagues or you was so upset and angry about, as the same day of the check-in you wanted to add one more bed to one of the double rooms and we told you that we do not have triple rooms available, so you had to book one more room for that one person. Right before your checked-in the group of people that booked the triple room asked us to change it for other because they needed to have a balcony, we switched the rooms on a last minute and one of the double rooms that you booked ended up being a bigger double room with extra bed available, but nonetheless we did not charged you more for that. It is our mistake for not noticing that on last minute you had a triple room available, if you would have told us that at the same moment we would let you stay in 4 rooms and would not have charged you the fifth one, but in the morning after sleeping in all 5 rooms the bill had to be paid for the services that you've got. Secondly, the pool is not semi-public, by the way, you were only ones that day at the pool, the "private houses" around that you saw is the owners private house with his family. There is a bar nearby the pool that was closed at that moment because we are already on a low season, the pool bar is open during the summer. We are glad that you enjoyed the restaurant, which is good, and that is the reason you met him there the same evening, because he goes there for the dinner himself sometimes, not related to him whatsoever. Lastly, the hotel is in the center of the town in the antique area nearby the church, the castle and this area is calm. For people who prefers having bars and shops nearby, we recommend choosing the beach area.
