”This is a great hotel, and the perfect jumping off point for people using the Eurotunnel. Lovely clean room, breakfast caters for all sorts and starts really early. Can eat evening meal in the restaurant too, but we didn't this time. Staff are friendly and polite. Will earmark this one for next year!”

”We, 3 persons from Finland, stayed 2 nights at Bonsai and are very satisfied. We have travelled a lot and always don`t like to pay a lot for sleeping. That`s why we always try to take hotels , which are very expensive. We think that this hotel was one of the best. The young gentelman at the desk was very polite, kind and fast and he understood English, wwe don`t speak any French. So thank you, Hotel Bonsai!”

”Novotel hotel is located very well if you have plan to continue to Folkestone in the morning. Good service and nice room. Breakfast was very basic but acceptable. Good co-operation with Hotel Ibis near by.”
