”Goalla omitoimimatkalla ja reissumme toinen hotelli oli Ibis. Saimme ensin pahalle haisevan huoneen hotellin päädystä. Huoneen vaihto onnistui seuraavana päivänä, saimme siistin huoneen kolmannesta kerroksesta, aamiainen oli tosi hyvä.”

”We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. ”Pahin pettymys on aamiainen, monipuolinen mutta erittäin heikkotasoinen kärpästen kera. Erittäin vaikea löytää juuri mitään syöntikelpoista suorastaan käsittämättömän heikko taso tämän hintaluokan hotellissa. Illallisravintolat vastaavat länsimaista keskitasoa hintoineen. Hotelli on melko vanha joten huoneet kaipaisivat päivitystä. Päivittäiset sähkökatkot ja wifi (nopea) yhteyden menetykset kuitenkin häiritsivät melkoisesti myös wc:tä jouduttiin korjaamaan. ”Perfect place by the Mandram beach. We had only booked 2 nights since we did not know before if we would like it. We loved it, but sadly enough it was fully booked so we could not stay on. So dont miss that! It is a lovely place with helpful and friendly staff, especially manager Kevin who helped us with lots of things.
