”I reserved our room 2 weeks before the arrival date. When we made it to the hotel check in area, I was told that they had overbooked and didn’t have any rooms available. I was not happy at all. ”Everything was clean, the staff were extremely nice, but due to some folks in our party having asthma and allergies as well as being on oxygen we struggled with having selected non smoking rooms only to arrive and have the lobby, elevator, and 3 of the floors we had rooms on smell like pot smoke. It’s something others might want to be aware of the hotel allowing when some people really medically need non smoking. The beds were also on some type of platform that some of the elderly and children...

”We've stayed at this hotel a few different times. It's very convenient to walk to the festival area we attend every year as well as the Marti Gras parades. The elevators are slow during busy times and we just take the stairs instead. It has a restaurant and bar, but we haven't ever ate or bought any drinks from either of them as of yet. ”
