”Arrived around 4pm, check in was at 2pm. She said our room wasn't ready yet. The entire motel was empty. Had to wait for "our" room was cleaned. Couldn't check in because the owner wasn't there. When we finally got a key, we left for a while. When we came back, there was no running water. They gave us a few 12 ounce bottles. Couldn't shower or flush the toilet. The next day, they moved us. The new room was good. The manager was friendly & apologetic. The first night we wanted to leave, but there...

”We requested a non smoking room. It stuck of smoke and just horrible smell. It took quite a bit of spray before we could breathe. We left the window open for awhile also. The vanity in the bathroom wasn’t finished just raw wood that needed stained or painted. Some plug ins didn’t work. There was one wall plugin that the top plug was black. E won’t stay there again.”

”This property needs to be leveled! Everything was very old, dirty and reeked of mold. The a/c unit was ancient and broken, old chips in the porcelain sink and tub where the caulking was cracked and moldy. Skip it, drive to Albany if you must!”

”It was nice to have a gas station and convenience store on the grounds. There is also a restaurant and bar. Parking was plentiful. The facility was very nice.”

”Gentleman at the front desk is friendly and helpful. Quiet for the most part, did have some neighbors that weren't quiet during quiet hours.”

”A very good location for my business purposes. Nice breakfast, friendly staff, nice room. Almost useless WIFI. I have to engage in Teams calls on the road. That doesn’t take too much bandwidth, but the WIFI could barely handle just about everything. I have to go back to Albany for business and may have to look for a different place, even though I’d rather not.”

”You get what you pay for. And I just needed a place to sleep while my husband was having over night tests done. Up and out by 5am. It was just a room, no art on the wall. Looked like it had been removed. It was a little noisy being right at the stairs, but I needed a ground floor and it was the last one. So I’m not complaining. It was an ADA room so the bathroom was plenty big and the shower looked nice if I was in a wheelchair. (I have a disability just not that far gone yet) having the bars in...

”Extremely clean room. BUT that's the only thing good about my stay: COLD HARD FLOORS, NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPERATING A REDICULOUSLY STRANGE TV, NO COFFE SUPPLIES IN ROOM. ROOM WAS LIKE A JAIL CELL. NEVER-EVER AGAIN....”

”Every Staff member was welcoming and kind. Location is great. The room: shower floor slippery, floors in room sticky. Drain in sink is clogged. The smell when I first arrived in the room was awful. Not a fan of putting single women on the first floor with windows that open due to safety reasons, a guy walked infront of my window several times while I was there, it was beautiful weather and would have been nice to have the window open. It would be lovely to have coffee in lobby out before 8am....
