Lomakeskukset – Caldas Novas

”Acomodação muito boa! Mais a comida do restaurante muito simples e sem tempero!”

”Tudo muito bom, só o banheiro que tinha um vazamento, na verdade acredito que mais de um, porque o chão ficava molhado e a pia também.”

”Property lacks customer service knowledge. Horrible service and everyone looked lost. They were very inept to read and react regarding guests needs.”

”The hotel and swimming pools are really good, the bed is comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast is good. But once an hour someone tries to forcefully sell you some shares in a flat... Really annoying. You have to have good nerves to be able to handle that forced sale. When you come back from breakfast, they are waiting at the door and trying to sell you shares. There should be more respect and let the customers enjoy their holiday”

”Execellent resort for those who want to relax and enjoy good food, great hot springs and amazing nature. I highly recommend for parents with kids, whole family and friends. The staff is very professional and welcoming. The araras and other birds make it a very special place.”
