There was a complimentary drink upon arrival, chocolates on our bed, and a morning tray brought to our room. The grounds were lovely to walk around and the view from the tower was spectacular! Each room has a different crystal color theme. We were in the Malachite room. The food at the Opal Restaurant was delicious and well presented. I would definitely consider staying here again if...

The hotel amenities were well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. It was quite busy on Friday night, which led to some delays, but the rest of the experience was excellent. Overall, a comfortable stay and I would gladly return.”

Everything is brande new, and very clean, very important to a clean freak loke myself. Breakfast is made fresh everyday and a baried menu. An amazing stay at Holiday Inn Windermere.”
