Rooms were cleaned best they could be but overall condition of the hotel was tired and worn. Was also done in a motel style and having a door directly to the outside of the building/ parking lot wasn’t the best when wanting to feel safe for kids. The a/c wasn’t useable due to the time of year so when it got so hot in the room we had to risk opening the window that for us opened directly to the ground floor parking lot and foot traffic. The tub faucet was dripping the entire time and although we had requested a roll away bed in advance we were only told it wasn’t available after I asked about it a checkin because housekeeping was already gone for the day. (We checked in only 30minutes after checkin was possible). We also were only provided with two towels though our booking was confirmed for 4 people and one of the towels had a hole in it.
The main desk person was polite and the continental breakfast was fine and kept stocked. Checkin and out process was smooth enough.
Overall I guess you get what you pay for
