We booked this hotel for 2 nights. When we got to the property, we liked the location. The front staff lady was very kind and helpful. However the room we were given was very dirty. Mold in the bathroom hair all over the bed and floors. Dried blood on the curtains. Surfaces still had filth on them, couldnt take your shoes off as the floors were dirty. We asked for a refund, they would only honor 1 night refund because we stripped the bed to see if there was more in the sheets, which there was. The reason given to us, because we unmade the bed, and the cleaners werent on side, they couldnt rent the room now for the night, even though it was in no condition to rent to anyone.
The front staff told us the owner/manager was aware of the state of the room, and still allowed us to stay in it. I was horrified that they new the condition of the room, but refused to give us a full refund. So we had to walk away and they got 1 night payment out of it. I have learnt my lesson, do not believe the photos you see when booking a room. I do not recommend this property.
