Your stay in Calgary is really home in a 3 bedrooms main floor bungalow, newly renovated, fully access with a lock pad. Each room is fully furnished with a queen bed. Sofa in living room can be easily arranged as the 4th bed and an extra futon can be set up (upon request) to host totally 7 to 8 guests.
Kitchen and appliances; laundry room and 4 pcs bathroom are ready for your usage without sharing. Spacy living room connecting to dining room with a fireplace, a large TV set and a table soccer will bond member of your family/ friends together during your stay. Sliding door at the dining table and window at the breakfast nook start your day fresh with green and birds.
A large backyard with patio will last your time forever.
Parking is free in the front and back lane parking pave is large enough for an RV of # 25ft. Downtown is just 10 minute drive. Bus stop across the street will link you to city LRT in 10mins. Grocery, pizza, canteen, subway are within walking distance. Walmart, Northland shopping mall, Community sport center (gym, swimming pool, tennis….) is reachable by bus or 10 min drive. Access to UoC Oval stadium, SAIT, Calgary Winter Club by public transport is easy. Hiking and biking is even easier in the surrounding Confederation park, Nose Hill park and Triwood park.

if there is no vacancy on the date you intend to book or if you travel in a large group, you can search, check and book with 'Cozy - Homey', just few blocks away *10mins drive, 20mins walk). Special offer for large group whom books 2 places at once.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access main floor through main entrance. Backyard and patio will be respectively shared with other tenants.
Other things to note
The entire 3 BR mainfloor are yours with separate entrance, separate laundry, kitchen, etc....You only share the backyard with lower level tenants, once in a while when tenants access their entrance or doing gardening.
