”The room smelled of pet urine and the host never communicated with me to allow me access to the unit. I didn't obtain access to the unit until 8:45pm on the date of check in when I was there at 3:30 for checkin. The business has failed to make this right not have they refunded my deposit.”

”Communication with host was not great. Initially responded to a question I had, then when asked another question we did not hear anything back. There were shower towels, but no hand towels or face cloths. It was good for a one night stay as we were just there to sleep, but for longer stays there would need to be more towels. It mentions that it sleeps 6 people, we had 5 but there wasn’t extra pillows for the person having to sleep on the futon as well. There is a side door that we had to enter...
