”Staff was great, friendly always ready to help. We were with a 2 1/2 year old grandson and he wet his bed and they came and replace the sheets no questions asked. Manager was a great friendly person always asking us if all was well and if we needed anything. We will definetly go back the next time in Sao Miguel.”

”It doesn’t seem many people opt to stay in the Furnas area but that is a mistake! It is a great location and a great hotel. There are 8 houses. We stayed in 3. It was clean and in great condition. ”Great hospitality experience! Staffs are very helpful and friendly! They allowed early check-in for us so that we’d have some rest from our long flight. We love their breakfast, cleanliness, and ambiance! The only issue we had there was the shower door that didn’t close very well and caused some leaks on the floor. ”We had a wonderful stay with our our 2-year old! Communication was great throughout and we were even able to check in a little bit early. The location is perfect and it feels very safe.
