âWhat a beautiful hotel, such a complete surprise to see the gorgeous interior decoration. The restaurant is worth a visit just to sit back and look at all the quirky fixtures, the wallpaper on the columns is fantastic, the food served was just as good. The bedroom was lovely, a lovely comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. â

Only challenge is an accurate understanding of meeting arrangements to gain initial entry: Staff was waiting inside, unbeknownst to us, whilewe were waiting outside ! Instructions should stress âring doorbell on arrivalâ, and provide location, since itâs a little hard to find, especially in the dark. But otherwise a truly lovely choice in Bordeaux.â

âThis is a hidden gem in Bordeaux, the hotel is conveniently located to the tram and 5 stops to the city center. On arrival we were welcomed by Brian who has wealth of knowledge of the area and was very kind. Brian really made our stay memorable he even assisted us in ordering dinner. Definitely will recommend the hotel to friends and stay here again when we return. â

The owners are friendly without being intrusive and the breakfast was very good, everything fresh and served in lovely surroundings.The bed was the most comfortable of our whole trip and the bathroom rain shower was great. It has a relaxed vibe and in a great area for exploring Bordeaux. This is somewhere we would definitely return to when we do another trip to Bordeaux.

âWe have recently stayed at this property and we couldnât fault it - on arrival I asked if we could have a river view room instead of the one we were allocated and this was swiftly changed - the whole building was spotlessly clean and the apartment had everything we needed. There is a supermarket next door which we used frequently and the tram stop is just across the roadâŠ..fantastic! â
âInternet was fast.. air con kept room cool! Staff were over the top amazing! So kind and courteous very polite and eager to get you whatever you needed with kindness! The cleaning staff were outstanding as well! Lovely polite and extremely helpful! Beds & pillows were comfortable rooms well appointed!
