”The staff, cafe, restaurant, gardens, and suite were all such a delight. We will return for sure! I have a suggestion for the pool area. Being that the road next door is busy and loud, it would be beneficial for the hotel to place speakers about and play music to minimize the car traffic sounds.”

”Everything was excellent. If I had to complain about anything, it is that Rio Vista is a little too windy for my liking. But it didnt stop us from doing anything and it wont stop us from coming back. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. ”

”This house is inhabited by cockroaches and black widow spiders. The interior is dated and someone attempted to paint it quickly and poorly. It is very poorly stocked and I had to buy a hair dryer and extra toilet paper. There were no hand towels or washcloths and it is missing most basic kitchen items. After my complaints the host put in a Walmart order for some of the basics which helped. There is no curb appeal, as the outside is weeds and spider webs. There is broken glass and hornet...

”2nd time we stayed here. Great house and location. The dock outside the door is a huge draw. Unfortunately, the tides weren't in our favor and could not get the boat in or out for the majority of the day (11a - 4p) for 5 days due to low tide. Boat sat in the mud at the dock for hours.”
