”Several reviews raved about breakfast. Assorted breads from Walmart. A high school student made a waffle, took one bite, and tossed it.
The following were marked ‘Out of order’: 1st floor women’s room, 2nd floor ice machine, and something else.
Black mold on ice machine. Lobby not mopped 3 days. Footprints on walls in elevator. Miscellaneous stain on mattress in room. Dirty dishes in lobby 3 days. Hallways smelled of pot. Overall should have spent the extra $20 for someplace else.”

”First time to stay at Hampton Inn. Everything was perfect except the main thing we need to sleep good. You guessed it! Air conditioning. The thermostat is motion activated. When you go to sleep, the air conditioner does not come on at all. Therefore you get hot and stuffy until you get up and move around. I did tell the front desk the night of and they could not do anything about it.”

”Good location for where I needed to be. No one was at the check in desk. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show up. Front desk people do not speak clear English so it was hard to understand them. Giant roach in the room! Room, bed and bedding was run down and it felt dirty knowing there were roaches in the room. Bed was worn and not very comfortable. Some female called me the day of check out and left a long, illegible message. I returned the call and it went to the front desk. ...

”The hotel had great hot breakfast. Definitely no complaints there. My issues were the bedding, pillows to puffy...couldn't sleep with them...had to buy a regular pillow. The blanket in the bed was TOO heavy for summer. Would have preferred a light weight comforter, slept without it.
The toilet had the wrong lid and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up. Had to hold it up.
The pool was way too chlorinated and no hottub so didn't use.
Had a difficult time get the window blinds to stay close,...

”The mattress needed replacing . Felt like sinking into a hole. Neighbors were up to 2:30 going in and out with a kid that had zero indoor voice. Motorcycle group also staying there reving motors. Not our best stay there. Usually good place...these were not really the hotels fault but I would think the office would hear them or see it on their security monitor that is right at the desk.”
