”This was an older home but clean. It needs lots of little fixes. The neighborhood had sidewalks being dug out. Some roads were closed getting to the property. It was not a safe feeling area and the back door locks were screwed into wood that was not solid. I feel I could have kicked the door in and I’m 63. It was a little unsafe getting in because there were open stairs to the basement. It was close to downtown. About a 12 minute drive. ”

”Seth was quick with and on time with all the house information. The home is in a nice neighborhood, a lot quieter than I expected. You can tell he is updating and adding things to make the home more comfortable for guests. We would stay here again the the time comes. Also, just a few blocks away is probably one of the best coffee shops, The Madison Place. And a few minutes away is Golden Hands Bakery, also top tier! ”

”This place was exactly what my wife and I were hoping for. While being so close to the city it did feel very secluded. We spent most of our time on the back deck and in the hot tub. It was a great experience.We also enjoyed the record player and small collection of vinyls as we got around each morning. The bed was very comfortable as well. We will book here again if it is available when we come back to Cincinnati!!Thanks for everything Adam!”

”Cool experience and great hosts! Matt came out to greet us when we arrived and showed us where to get the key. My kids loved the play room and played tons of air hockey. My daughter also said it was the prettiest bed she’s even seen. Unique building that is clean and had everything we needed. Close to our destinations - the Newport Aquarium and Cincinnati Zoo. Wish we could have stayed longer!”
