”Outstanding room. Outstanding service. I was driving away and realized that I had forgotten a phone charger. I called the front desk and the gentleman there went up to my room, retrieved the charger and called me back within five minutes. Walking distance to casino.”

”Nice room, larger than most. Staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a shuttle that tuns from the Bee Hotel, to The Holbrook and then to the casino, very nice amenity. Room was clean, appliances seem to be almost new. Decorated very nicely. Would highly recommend. If I have a need to visit Danville again (which has a lot more to see than I expected) I'd stay here again.”

”Most of the staff was excellent. We asked front desk staff (no concierge) about several things going on (in the downtown area). They had no clue. The hotel is downtown, these were events that occur ever year - such as the Porch Fest and the Wine Festival at the Farmer's Market. No one had a clue - we asked about the shuttle dropping us off there and they looked at each other and would not answer our questions. ??? ”

”Everything is always perfect at Berry Hill Resort. They are accommodating with early and late check-outs w previous notice. There are many places so see on site such as displays of the history of Berry Hill, a historical family cemetery which is interesting, if you like history. Dogs are welcome and there are fields for walk. Original cabins are on-site which compliment the historical home with its massive pillars and beautiful rooms. Berry Hill also hosts indoor and outdoor weddings which...

”We had a wonderful experience at this property. A lovely older home with loads of charm. Located in the town’s historic district, it was easy to walk to a local restaurant for dinner. The owner provided clear and easy to understand instructions. It had everything we needed and would happily stay here again.”

”Very simple but clean room, fresh breakfast and easy parking. No stairs so it was very convenient. Fridge and microwave in room, clean towels. Water bottles provided”

”The room was as shown in the photos. Clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The Motel though was decrepit on the outside. No one in reception. they had to make a photocopy of my driver's license to let me in. NO water glass or cup in the room. Expedia totally misled on this booking.”

”Check in was easy,very nice breakfast, the jacuzzi was only working half of it's nozzles, the pool was ice cold,our daughters room had ants an other bugs! couldn't get the tv to work! The room's phone was dead! To had to go to front desk to get the help we needed. The TV was easily fixed , but the phone remained dead the day we left. The cost for the two rooms seemed very high(over $450 for two days) We were attending a funeral for my sister, so it was good to be close.”
