”We booked a room for 5 people. There was sleeping space for four. Staff would not help us, even though our booking said 5 people and there was no way the room could accomodate that.
The hotel could use an update with the carpets and furniutre, though it was clean. The desk clerk in the morning, "Lady J" was very helpful.”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”Used rolls of toilet paper & paper towels in both suites I booked. I was also informed by the manager Mark that the hotel was overbooked when I stayed which resulted in me getting an incorrect room. I reserved 2 rooms with 2 Queen beds & only one room with 2 Queen beds was available. I had to take a 1 King bed because no other room was available. I was told I would get comped a room on my Hilton Rewards account, but was lied to because I contacted Hilton & that never happened. I will never stay...

Some sort of shuttle to restaurants, bars and the cruise port would be welcome, especially for seniors.
