The upper floor reveals two terraces, one covered and one open, with impressive views of Calpe and Peñon de Ifach. Living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV, a fully equipped independent kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher, and two bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed. Separate bathrooms, one with shower.



On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine.



Air conditioning in the living room, in the hallway of the upper floor and in the ground floor bedroom, thus ensuring a pleasant climate during your stay.



The charm continues outside, where a lovely plot houses a magnificent garden and an 8x4 metre swimming pool with Roman steps and an outdoor shower. A portable barbecue invites you to enjoy outdoor meals, whilst parking on the same plot offers space for up to 3 vehicles.
