With unique charm, La Favorita is a two-story villa in Calpe with stunning Mediterranean Sea and mountain views, a large private pool, and spacious gardens for instant relaxation. Calpe’s sunny climate and mild temperatures make every stay inviting.



The villa offers a living room with sofa bed for two, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two extra toilets, accommodating up to eight guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi with workspace, smart TV with streaming, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, beach or pool towels, books and toys for children, plus a crib and high chair. The private outdoor area features a pool, hot tub, garden, open and covered terraces, two balconies, barbecue, and outdoor shower—ideal for enjoying the sun and unwinding.



The beach is nearby, and a tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. There is one on-site parking space and free street parking. Up to two pets are welcome. The two floors are connected by an external staircase, with no internal access. Cameras at the entrance, living room, and basement do not record actively but may activate if the alarm is triggered.
